《大世界之旅》是“大猩猩”杰瑞米·克拉克森与BBC“不欢而散”后，与“三贱客”中的另两位：“船长”詹姆斯·梅，以及“鼹鼠”理查德·哈蒙德再度聚首，联袂献上的汽车文化主题类节目，由亚马逊投资制作。大世界之旅延续了播出十几年经久不衰享誉全球的“最高档”（Top Gear）的基本风格和框架，但同时针对互联网时代的电视节目做出创新和改革。节目中，三贱客将游历世界各地，试驾各种炫目的汽车，进行各种比赛、测试，同时试图应对节目组提出的各种挑战。
