昭和初期、帝都 東京府。楽器ケースを抱えた奇妙な一団が、東京駅に降り立った。 彼らは、吸血鬼(ヴァンパイア)たちを狩るためにやってきた「狩人」――。 そのなかに一際静かでただならぬ雰囲気を漂わせる青年がいた。 人狼と人間との混血(ハーフ)で、吸血鬼に故郷を滅ぼされたその男、名をユーリィという。 「天狼(シリウス)の匣(はこ)」と呼ばれる聖櫃を巡り、吸血鬼と死闘を繰り広げるユーリィたち。 彼らが戦いの果てに知り得た真実とは……? 悠遠たる恩讐と策謀の螺旋が交錯する、至極のサスペンス・アクション、ここに開幕!
