¿De qué trata Bubblegum Crisis Tokyo 2040?
Después de un misterioso eathquake niveles Tokio, Genom se convierte en una poderosa influencia proporcionando sus formas de vida orgánicas artificiales llamadas Boomers para reconstruir y actuar como una clase de trabajo a la humanidad. Sin embargo, algunos de ellos se ejecutan ocasionalmente locos, e incluso la policía ad especialmente creada están en una pérdida para detenerlos. Lina Yamazaki viaja a Tokio para trabajar, pero también espera unirse a una fuerza de vigilante llamada Knight Sabers, que pilotó trajes accionados para destruir a estos Buqueros pícaros.
